"It was a dreadful experience. First, when we arrived we found that the sink was clogged. We called the contact number that they gave us and the man who responded told us that there is nothing that he can do until the next day. The next day they repaired the sink but you could clearly tell that afterwards they didn't clean it, they left it as the plumber left it. Second, one day before our check out, in the evening, they suddenly decided they would change the password needed to enter the building, without saying a word to us. We arrived at the property and we couldn't enter because we had the wrong password given to us at check in, and this time, the number that they gave us was unavailable.. we were lucky that someone left the building and we swooped in this way.. she also told us that the password was suddenly changed and that it was written on a piece of paper which was put on a wall insid the building. But if you were out all day you couldn't have seen it.. Lastly, the thermostat was really hard to set, it was always too hot and we didn't manage to put it on cold... you only could stop it but you can't open the windows so it's the only source of ventilation... We really are not pretentious but this was a really unpleasant experience, so i advice everyone to go to another place. "

"We had a basement room and the whole experience was absolutely terrible. The room was directly next to a club next door which was playing LOUD music until gone 2am. The reception is only staffed until 10am so there's noone we could speak to about switching rooms. Each hour we hoped the music would stop but it just went on and on and it was SO loud. Then after the agony was over everyone spilled out onto the street and were stood outside shouting for another hour. Just terrible. The room wasn't anything like the pictures on the site when I booked, the window overlooked people walking on the street so they could see in and there were random pillars in the room which blocked the view of the TV. We got a half used roll of toilet roll for our whole stay."

"If you have a choice, stay somewhere else. This place is nothing like description. Other than being close to the Thames and the tube there is nothing good about this place. It is above a bar which is great for a drink but not if you want any sleep. Loud music thumping through the floor until early hours of the morning. Not that you can sleep on the tiny bed that was nearly flat and no comfort. No service or facilities that reflect the price. Heat adjustment not working and no extra blankets if needed. Microwave and dryer not working, laundry room not working, safe broken. One small bar of soap, one toilet roll, no soap powder for the washing machine that didn’t work, one small bottle each of shampoo and conditioner, fine for one person staying one night but not for a couple staying for several nights. For a serviced apartment there is no service. No staff on hand and difficult to contact. Overpriced and a complete disappointment. Made our stay in London pretty dismal."
