"This is our first time visiting UK from USA and wanted to feel as comfortable as possible so after much time spent researching, I took a chance on Sofitel London St. James and couldn’t be happier with my choice. It checked off all the boxes I had (location, clean, nice room and bathroom, good food, impeccable and friendly service and the list goes on. Mr. Joe the concierge was so helpful and kind and patient with directions, reservations, etc. Georgina was top-notch at the desk. So helpful and friendly and us mail postcards. Jasmine was also wonderful. Thanks to this place it made our trip so memorable and lovely that when/if I return, without a doubt, I am staying at the Sofitel London St. james."

"Unforgettable experience at Sofitel Saint James, a hotel that exceeded all our expectations. We had the chance to enjoy three wonderful nights at this magnificent hotel, coinciding with my 40th anniversary and my professional retirement. The hotel's location is simply perfect, in the heart of London, just a few meters from Piccadilly Circus and with walking distance to many of the city's main attractions. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable , providing a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's team of professionals was magnificent, always attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. The Guest Relations team, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making our stay truly unforgettable with welcome amenities upon our arrival and the following day. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options for all tastes and an impeccable presentation particularly with their eggs benedict. The hotel's bar and restaurant are also worth mentioning, with a cozy atmosphere and a drink and food menu with special menú formula. "Outstanding location, service and comfort! My husband and I are long-time fans of Sofitel Hotels in Europe and the U.S. This was our third return to Sofitel St. James. The staff at Sofitel St.James treated us with kindness, friendliness and professionalism. When a room problem arose at check-in, the staff went beyond to correct the problem as quickly as possible. I wish I could name all of the staff who served and helped us during our week-long stay but i particurily want to thank Panos, bar manager and Vicky who served us at Wild Honey."
