"Had the best 5 night stay at the Sheraton Park Lane. Our room was more spacious than expected, the hotel location is very convenient (close to the tube, bus, across from the park), the breakfast in the lounge was excellent, the lobby and common areas of the hotel were gorgeous. But far and away the BEST part of our stay were the staff; cannot say enough good things. Their warmth and friendliness was so sincere. Kwazi, John Smith, Mustafa, Tetiana, Nelson to name just a few. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi Mustafa was there with a big smile and a lollipop for our daughter - something that continued the whole stay! Every request was met promptly and like it was never any trouble at all. Housekeeping was wonderful and to come back to a spotless room every day was a treat. We were so sad to have to leave, though we look forward to staying there again on future visits. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!"
