Novotel London Paddington

"Business hotel close by Paddington station with spacious rooms. Good breakfast and bar - Wellness area with pool, sauna and steam bath. Recommended for a business stay in London."

"Location was excellent and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Reception area and bar area are lovely, however the rooms, while large were abit tired looking and not the cleanest. Pillows were not comfortable, bathroom was badly designed for a family with a teenager, the shower had no lock and door had a gap around it and it opened directly into bedroom. We had dirty marks on our towels, which were changed after the first day thankfully. Also the sofa bed had a broken spring so my son found it very uncomfortable."

"Wow, what a terrible hotel. My husband and I are platinum members with Accor meaning we stay at a lot of Novotel hotels (all over Europe / world), and this has to be, by far, the worst Novotel we’ve stayed at. Service was terrible, unsure why they have placed staff on the front desk who are argumentative and have no customer service skills? Room, even with an upgrade - dirty feel, bed was sunken. Linen was frayed. Seriously, all round bad. Stay at the Hilton if you need a hotel close to the station. Stay literally anywhere else (unless you don’t care about cleanliness etc). Can’t quite believe I paid the amount I paid to stay in this hotel."
