"Our checkout time was 12:00 pm on 7th July'26. We were still finishing packing at approximately 12:20 pm when the duty manager on shift knocked on our door in an aggressive and unreasonable manner, followed almost immediately by two rings of the doorbell in quick succession. Before we had any reasonable opportunity to answer, the duty manager used a master key to open the door and began entering the room while I was still returning from the bathroom. I was only just able to reach the door in time to stop him from entering further. My wife and teenage daughter were both present in the room at the time and were understandably distressed and alarmed by having a staff member let himself into an occupied room without consent or adequate warning. When I raised with the duty manager that standard practice is to call the room first before entering, he replied that this is not hotel policy. I found this response very concerning. A 15–20 minute grace period past checkout time is standard practice across the hospitality industry, and the appropriate procedure in such situations is a courtesy phone call to the room to check whether the guest needs any assistance — not forced, unannounced entry. If it is genuinely the case that calling ahead is not required by your policy, I would ask that this be reviewed, as it exposes guests to exactly the kind of distressing situation we experienced. If it is in fact policy and was simply not followed, I would like to understand why. What occurred was a serious breach of guest privacy and made us feel deeply unwelcome and unsafe, which is especially disappointing given our long history of staying with you."

From the communication and help I received from Sukanya throughout the process of booking to the help and welcome we received on the day from both Sukanya and Birute made everything that much more special. "Cheaper hotel in the london and too much un clean , take card without asking if you want to Pay cash; don't ask. The bad breakfast, I feel. it im not recomend it to stay one one thing is near the hazards. And Hyde Park is near, only 10 minutes away. And accessories for the toilet are bad quality; maybe one day I will be sick from this."
