"Incredibly disappointed with our experience at Mercure Bloomsbury. I’ve attached the pictures that were advertised of our “small double room” and pictures of what we were given in room 712. Although it met the description given of a small double room, the pictures are incredibly misleading and we feel falsely advertised. We paid £216 for one night in this room and had we known what poor standard the room was going to be, we would have undoubtably booked somewhere else for slightly more money."

"Stayed here August Bank holiday when down for concert. Check in fine, room ok if not a little dated, bathroom very small. All staff friendly, Breakfast i thought was excellent. Only letdown was the welcome drink. After spending the previous night at the Pullman, literally just around the corner where we could basically have any drink we wanted. All we were offered here (as apparently its Accor policy) was half a pint of lager. Don't get to become a gold member without staying in lots of hotels, so please don't lie about Company policy."
