"Room 701 has got a nice view, is spacious but doesn’t have a coffee machine, the heating is not working; room 524 is much better; Pool floor is not clean, people just walk in with street cloths and shoes, shame as it could’ve been a great addition, there’s no changing rooms; Breakfast is v nice, good quality and selection; Good to have on site parking; Staff pleasant but not all of them are doing what you ask them to do; One of bathrobes was covered in make up, they didn’t really care when reported."

"I know this hotel well. It is local to my home, and I have had family members stay there for family events. It was my go to choice when we needed somewhere during works at our house. Start with the substantial issues. This hotel has balconies. In 2025 in London, that appears to be a key attraction for dope (and other smokers). That's grim - you can smell it in the (all) non-smoking rooms. I would feel sorry for the hotel except for the fact that there were dozens of butts (filtered and not) within 2m of my balcony door, not cleared by housekeeping. The balcony itself was filthy. You don't market a balcony, and not clean it. Disgusting. Secondly we had bad luck. The day we stayed, we arrived at midnight to be told that the hotel would be cutting off electricity at 10.30 the next day, by which time we would need to be checked out. I had booked the rooms 2 days earlier. They knew, but were cynical enough to not tell customers in order to not lose bookings (I certainly would not have booked). I am used to hotels - certainly at this level - noting even minor maintenance on their website (e.g. sauna will be unavailable...). To close down the hotel functionally before the stated check-out time? No words. As you'd expect from that attitude, it's not a very generous hotel in terms of room amenities. No coffee machine etc (because they could charge you for coffee at a high price in the reception... oh except it's closed). Never ever again."
