"I treated my partner to a stay here for his birthday and it did not disappoint. Taiwo on reception gave us an extremely warm welcome and explained all the facilities and how to get to them which was appreciated. The room was spacious and immaculate with lovely products to use in the bathroom. I especially loved the ceiling to floor windows over looking the Thames. An absolutely stunning view and so pretty at night. We made good use of the spa facilities and I even went swimming twice! The steam room was really good. The hotel has its own separate entrance to access the O2 arena which is really convenient. We dined in the Kinaara restaurant within the hotel which was exceptionally good, I’d recommend booking for dinner in advance. Breakfast was plentiful and we loved that you had the buffet but there was also a menu for more specialised items like avocados on sourdough and eggs Benedict, Royale etc which was all included in the price of the breakfast and cooked to order. I couldn’t really fault a thing. We also had drinks in one of the bars in the evening and the staff were super efficient and pleasant. I want to come again! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. "Security team at the Conference/Ballroom areas at the hotel. I had the pleasure of working with the security team for an event, where we had in the region of 1100 people coming into the venue on a daily basis. Working with the team leader, Terry C in the planning stages ensured that the event and deployment of guards went smoothly. During the event, Terry and his team were focused, presentable, engaging with the attendees and staff and ensured that they followed the agreed procedures for the event and that everybody who attended the event was safe and secure. This event is one of a number that have taken place over the year and each once has been staffed accordingly and led superbly well by the team of supervisors. I have no hesitation in recommending the venue and the security team."
