Indigo London - Tower Hill

"Had a lovely check in experience by Natalia who welcomed me as a Diamond Elite. I opted for breakfast and she confirmed my room had been upgraded to a King on the 7th floor with a city view. I must say, apart from the Gherkin I could barely make out Tower Bridge in the distance but the thought definitely counts and the room was lovely. You do get some Coke, Diet Coke, Water and snacks in the room and the hotel was offering room service as well as offering a bar which I didn’t have time to use. I feel as if the hotel could do with a bit of a renovation, it’s been many years since I first stayed here shortly after it opened and I’d say decor has moved on. Saying that, if you get a good rate the staff are lovely and the location is good, just moments away from Aldgate or Tower Hill stations. They kindly kept my luggage for the day and I had wonderful interactions with the staff and would certainly stay again."

"We had a lovely welcome from the reception team at the indigo , check in was slick and although we were early our room was ready. The room itself is not huge but adequate and the bed v comfortable The window also opened a little to get some air in . The bathroom is small but has everything you need, including toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, all v pleasant! Our room rate included the mini bar contents and breakfast. Breakfast had a cold buffet and a cooked to order hot choice which was lovely, the waiter was a sweetheart . As it was my Husband's birthday they also gave us vouchers for a drink on the bar which was a nice touch. Location, super easy to walk to from Tower Hill tube station. We visited the titanic exhibition at Canada water, horizon 22, city cruises , the mj musical and titanique, all on separate reviews. A great stay, thankyou"
