Holiday Inn Express London Victoria

"This hotel was small and compact but very clean. Every member of staff we met were helpful and friendly and they even looked after our bags when we checked out. The problem we had was with the room, we were in room no 407 a twin and there was absolutely no room to store anything. We had five coat hangers hanging over the top of one of the beds bedside shelves of which there were two but that was it. We were there for two nights and any longer would have struggled as we lived out of the suitcase. The shower head would also not tighten up on the pole so slid to the bottom every time we used it. I realise these are small things but they would have made our stay a lot better. Couldn’t complain about anything else, breakfast was plentiful and everywhere was clean."

"So many positives from friendly check in to the breakfast welcome. The bed was comfy and the linen high quality. The whole hotel was spotless. The room was tiny but that didn’t matter and there was no noise from outside. I would certainly stay here again."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was a disappointment for me. The rooms are really small - and there is absolutely no place to move about. The maintenance is also sub par and I am sure this is something that tej hotel can do better. The breakfast service is also minimal. I understand high costs in London. What is not acceptable is the low service standards. Not going back here."
