"The Hilton London Olympia is in a great location, the staff are some of the best I have encountered in 40+ years of travelling! However, their one omission (and for me it is a big one); they fail to disclose that you could encounter stairs when navigating luggage to/from your room on check-in/check-out! I do believe that if this detail was disclosed, potential guests could make informed decisions about stays at this hotel, especially the elderly or those with physical limitations. I did request a room change and was accommodated. So, if stairs are not an issue for you I recommend this hotel as it is in a great neigbourhood with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The team are attentive and extremely friendly, but this omission takes a bit of the shine off the apple!"

"Hilton Olympia is a reasonably priced hotel located on Kensington High Street, London. The hotel has good access to central London via the District Line as well as local parks, Kensington, Hyde and Holland. As well, of course, Olympia which is a 5 min walk. I’ve stayed several times at this hotel on business and pleasure. Some rooms are on the small size, but not excessively given this is London. However they are clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfasts, as with all Hilton’s, are excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful."
