"As Hilton’s go this is probably the worst I’ve stayed in which is sad because it has a lot of potential. The staff here are fantastic! Shanika greeted us, checked us quickly and was very friendly and welcoming. I had high hopes! We were allocated room 2061 and on arrival there was a bottle of bubbles and a cake to celebrate my partners birthday which was a lovely touch. However, the room itself as well as the general surroundings of the corridors etc needs some serious TLC. The room smelt musty almost like stale cigarette smoke, the air con just blew hot air so slept with the window open and there were some mysterious stains on the carpet. It just didn’t feel clean and new which is what I expect from a Hilton hotel. The room had all the necessary amenities except for charging ports by the bed and no USB outlets. It’s a shame because the hotel is in close proximity to the tube station with great links to central London but really needs a lick of paint and an update."

"Fabulous stay! I came to London to watch Rob Beckett at the Palladium. I never got to meet Cameron, who kindly upgraded me the king room. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sakina & Shanika. As well as being polite and approachable, they went above and beyond to check me in early. The room had a gorgeous view. The breakfast choices were very inclusive. Also a massive shoutout to Khan, the concierge who prioritised my needs during the stay. Only thing that was missing was a staircase for the hotel due to my fear of lifts. Overall though, incredible weekend. Will definitely return again"
