"I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights with my family, and it was truly one of those stays where you can fully relax as a mother and just enjoy some time away without stress. From the very beginning, we felt very welcome. The manager Gary really stood out because of his hospitality. He is extremely friendly, always takes time for a chat, and makes you feel genuinely seen as a guest. The hotel itself is very modern, with a clean, sleek and well-designed interior. One thing I especially appreciated is that there is almost no carpeting throughout the hotel. This makes everything feel fresher and more hygienic, and it is also a big advantage for people who are sensitive to dust, like my daughter. Thankfully, she had no issues at all, which was a real relief. The room was clean, tidy, and well looked after every day. It was so nice coming back to a fresh room with clean towels and a made bed. Everything felt comfortable and practical, exactly what you need when travelling with a family. Breakfast was very extensive and well prepared, with plenty of choice. There was fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as a wide selection of spreads such as jam, nutella, cheese, and cold cuts. Hot options included eggs, bacon, beans, and sausages. A real highlight was the interactive breakfast station where you could make your own waffles and pancakes, which was especially fun and a big plus when travelling with children. The location of the hotel is ideal. The metro station is less than 50 meters away, and there are also bus stops nearby. With the Piccadilly line, you can reach the city centre quickly and easily, making travel very stress-free. There is also parking available at the hotel, which can be reserved in advance and is very convenient if you are travelling by car. Everything you need is close by, which makes the stay even more comfortable. There is a supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants nearby. But you can also dine very well at the hotel itself. Dinner is served with a varied menu offering something for everyone. There are tasty starters, a wide selection of main courses, and delicious desserts to finish the evening. It makes it very easy and relaxing to end the day without having to go out again. The Westfield shopping centre is also less than ten minutes away by public transport, making it perfect for a relaxed shopping trip or a short outing. The hotel itself has a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The lobby is cozy, and it’s a nice place to sit and unwind after a busy day in the city. Overall, this was truly a stay where everything just works: the location, the comfort, the cleanliness, the modern design of the hotel, and especially the incredibly friendly service from Gary. As a mother, it really felt like I could let go of everything for a while and just enjoy. Definitely a place I would recommend and happily return to."

Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. There was a large TV with plenty of channels, and even internet access, which was a nice bonus. The room also had multiple large mirrors, which was especially convenient, and plenty of power outlets, including USB ports. Additional amenities included an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and a safe for personal belongings. We also appreciated the kettle in the room, which allowed us to make our own tea and coffee whenever we liked. The breakfast was extensive and offered a wide variety of options. There were hot items like bacon, sausages, beans, and even freshly made waffles, as well as plenty of fruit and vegetables. There was something for everyone, and everything tasted great. We had dinner at the hotel one evening, and it was very enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and it was a great place to relax after a long day. The hotel also has a fitness area with various equipment, which is perfect if you want to stay active during your stay. All in all, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. "Unable to have our breakfast over 2 mornings because not enough tables and no staff cleaning tables or maintaining breakfast area. Poor nights sleep because of constant plumbing issues with shower/toilet making noise throughout the night. Raised with staff, nothing done or response recieved. Dispensers in shower broken also, unable to be used. Always chosen Hilton hotels for our stays, but this stay was not up to standard I’d expect and still had no response from Hotel in relation to these issues, 2 weeks after stay."
