Clayton Hotel Chiswick

"The hotel itself was lovely, very classy and in a great location. Unfortunately, the service really let it down. The reception staff were far from welcoming. Between the two ladies on reception, neither managed a single smile, which isn't the best first impression when arriving at a hotel. The food service was also disappointing. I had completely finished my drink before my food even arrived, which isn't what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Although the hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, I personally feel it is overpriced for the level of service provided. Sadly, I wouldn't choose to stay here again."

"On the first day, we were exhausted when a maintenance man came in and shocked us 😳😳😳 How dare he come in while we were sleeping? Honestly, I was very shocked by the hotel because the guest reviews were positive and they loved the hotel and its services, but I was shocked and stunned by the reality. Firstly, upon check-in, they put us in a room on the second floor, room 231, and it was extremely cramped; we didn't know where to put our bags because it was so small. And the dust that covers the room There was no refrigerator for my injection, so we complained to the hotel manager and were compensated with a larger room, but it didn't have a refrigerator. We accepted it because it was spacious, and we sacrificed the injection. I used cups and spoons, but they weren't washed, and the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bed linens were reapplied and not changed, even though there was a makeup stain on them. The room was not swept. Dust covered all over the tables, and the room hadn't been wiped or cleaned properly. The receptionist, a British girl on duty on Friday, treated us badly and refused to give us extra water for the room. This is the first time in my life I've encountered a hotel that refuses to provide extra water. I don't think I'll repeat the experience. Our stay is long, so the sheets should be changed daily, and the room cleaned and swept daily. In addition, the room's carpet is dirty and has stains that haven't been cleaned before. I don't know if they're dog urine stains, food stains, or what! It's a disgusting sight."

"Clean and elegant hotel. Very kind staff. Located a few meters from the district line with which you can easily reach the center"
