"We had our wedding celebration at the Ivy suit and stayed one night in the hotel. We had really good experience, the staff were friendly and very helpful. They even arranged for the decorations and handled that very well."

"The Crown, London Hotel in cricketWood NW London was built between 1899 and 1900, it does not look like the picture or pictures you see in Google or any other website, it shows like it's brand new, the hotel has no ice machines on any floor, no refrigerator in the rooms, we had to purchase ice each day from a local grocery store. No face towels in the bathroom they do. not supply them, the room safe battery compartment cover was made out of duct tape. It looks like they haven't had an upgrade since built, the reservation area is terrible. Carpet is terrible. The glass that you see on the web, it hasn't been clean in years, when we open up our blinds to look outside, it was bird poo poo everywhere. Google and other websites show five star. It is a three or less star rating. Why do they not tell the truth, it's misleading, it is not a five star. The attendant at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. They had a coffee machine on the reservation counter, but refused to supply or give you cups."

"DO NOT go to this hotel. I went on a school trip and as soon as we got to the hotel we were given the wrong room key. We walked into someone’s room that was filled with their stuff. After returning the key and telling the staff they gave me and my roommate separate rooms to accommodate. The next day we left for a tour and didn’t return until late when I tried to open my door the key didn’t work and neither did my roommate’s. We went to the front desk and were given new keys as if nothing was wrong. We got to our rooms and found that all of our suitcases and clothes were gone and other people were staying in our room! We thought all our stuff was stolen and the staff just told us “oh we moved your things into another room” mind you NO ONE ever asked if that was okay at any point. Touching my clothes and toothbrush is way past the point of uncomfortable for me! Lucky nothing was stolen but as student travelers (one of us is under the age of 16) walking into grown man rooms THREE TIMES is ridiculous. After everything they didn’t change our rooms again for the inconvenience or even apologize. If I could give this zero stars I would ."
