"When we went there, we knew what to expect. A small room at a good price in a lively neighborhood near all means of transport. What we didn’t know was the warm and friendly way we were treated, the daily care if we needed something and the safe feeling in the house. The room was clean, quiet with a view to a small garden and a treat with coffee and tea at the reception all the time. We had daily service with doing the bed and clean towels. We will go back again!"

"Ok so it’s hugely expensive for what you get compared to 99% of the world but for London with its stupidly priced rooms it’s not too bad. Good location- 5 mins to Paddington station, lots of pubs and restaurants around. I had a small single room, literally room for a bed and small desk but it was clean and comfy with a window that opened looking into the street but 4th floor meant it was quiet enough. Bathroom was clean and functional. Staff friendly. Downside for some is the quite tight staircase, no problem though if you’re of average fitness. I paid about £85 a night- scandalous anywhere else but ok for central London."
