Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel

"The location is directly across from the PIccadilly line which is handy. The hotel itself needs a serious overhaul or deep cleaning. The carpets are stained in the hallways and the rooms. The cobwebs were huge. The showers were moldy. The trains run into the wee hours of the night and its super loud. It was a long night. There are no vending machines on site and no way to even buy a bottle of water."

"We just returned from our stay at this property. This hotel is in a great location for access to the Piccadilly line, buses and cute little neighborhood restaurants. We were looking for a hotel that was functional and budget friendly as we had been to London many times. The hotel itself needs some help - it is worn and weathered but the people are really nice. We had reserved 3 rooms - 2 (Twins with Kitchenette) and one King. They do not allow early checkin but held our bags while we went to get lunch. Below is how it went: 1. First room - King Room - no issues other than the bed was a queen - considering the gentleman at the front went out of his way to get us in a room at 2 instead of 3 - i let this slide. 2. Second Room - 2 Twin/Kitchenette - Room was huge and had a third bed made up in case it was needed. Issue: The shower floor had a hole that had been sealed with silicone - the silicone started coming up and my daughter swore her toe got stuck in it. The front desk asked to see but did nothing to change the room. Faced the rail tracks so was a little noisier than the other two rooms. 3. Third Room - 2 Twin Kitchenette - Room was huge and had an extra bed as well. Issue: No Microwave. Consistently across all room types - carpets were dirty and dusty. There were no toiletries already in the room (could be because we were assigned the rooms early) and we had to ask. Beds are hard and pillows were soft. Good - Water pressure and temperature were good. AC was a positive given the heatwave."
