"Booked room 2A on 8th Sept 2025 for one night as we were getting the Eurostar early the next morning. Basically thought how bad can it be for one night, so booked. Was cheap ish at £103 for one night. Room was described as basic with private bathroom, which turned out to be a separate bathroom half way down the corridor and up some stairs. We complained as (for personal reasons) we would not have booked if knowing it was not en-suite. The staff were rude, uninterested and spoke to each other in front of us in a foreign language.
Booked through super.com who were powerless to do anything.
Also the bathroom was locked from the outside - clearly a breach of fire regs and h&s - raised this also to the staff who said they knew!!!!
Wouldn’t stay here again - much better hotels in the area for the money you are gonna spend."
