"This is not a Hilton hotel anymore it’s ao Hostels. So as it’s changed hands there is no hairdryer, fridge or iron in room And no tea or coffee facilities. No facilities for towel changes etc unless you book in online. Breakfast is now diy!! Coffee is rubbish. Bar is hardly open, nowhere to refill water bottles (we stayed in 40 degree heatwave). The aircon didn’t work, couldn’t cancel Room to Move, no fans. No gym or swimming anymore. Ao have ruined a lovely hotel where we have stayed many times but will never stay again!!!"

"Stayed over the weekend of 09/01/26 for couple of days, outside first impressions were good, views of the river were nice, walked through into reception, sadly not greeted with a hello or welcome by the indian staff member. He simply asked the name room was booked under, he then asked if we had a car, I gave my registration which is 5 letters, once, staff member did'nt get it said it twice, still did not get it then a third time, at this point I was like what is this guy on, he cannot understand 5 letters, the staff member then loked at us and said I'm only trying to help yeah, as I don't have to enter you're car details on our system, I said hand on mate, I have already paid for 24 hour parking so there is no need for you to give us this attitude of yours. Staff member said you want my help or not, I was like 'WOW' this is how Hilton Doubletree train their staff in speaking with guests. After this start we both did not really want to stay there. but we heeded up to our room anyways. Room was ok not greta as advertised on their website, but hey, such is life. The heating in room was loud and noisey, and did not help with sleep. Checkout day, head down dfor breakfast, and sadly the food under the lights was not set right as most of the food was dry and overcooked, scrambled eggs were dry and wet underneath, fried eggs where more like bolied eggs and the beans were rock hard and dry, had to settle for a cup of tea and toast instead. Like I said not a great let alone a good experience at Hilton Doubletree in Docklands, I would not recommend this to anyone."
