"absolutely terrible attitude towards customers! scammers! send information about using the apartments in private messages, and that information does not correspond to what is stated on the booking website! absolutely unacceptable communication behavior! scammers! do not respond to messages and phone calls! ignore their customers! terrible attitude towards customers - ignoring without solving the problem! I do not recommend this hotel!"

"Very poor customer service, felt very uncomfortable being forced to pay by bank transfer. Duvet cover not ironed, very flimsy duvet, shower door does not close properly. 4 nights without a TV which as a lone traveler working in London meant that I was unable to relax in the evening. Reported the problem with the TV on the first night but just got excuses. It’s now 9.50pm on a Friday night and the upstairs room are using the Jacuzzi in their room. It’s VERY loud!"

"I booked a room 3 months in advance via a google search, to stay there for my anniversary. TWO DAYS before arrival, they CANCELLED the booking without explanation. Within 2 hours I contacted them to resolve, and they told me they had already re-let the room to another person. It transpires that my card payment had not gone through (NOT their fault), and they had been aware of this for TWO WEEKS. They alledge that they tried to contact me, but I never had any voicemail message or email (or even cancellation notice!) from them in that whole two week period. Yes, it's unfortunate that the payment failed, and that was not their fault - but it is SHOCKINGLY BAD customer service that they made no significant effort to contact me in the whole two week period, and then finally notified me at such short notice. I requested that they cancel the other person's booking and reinstate my own ... but they said they could do that at such short notice!!! Absolutely ridiculous."
