Andaz London Liverpool Street-a concept by Hyatt

"Excellent Stay at Andaz London Liverpool Street – Outstanding Service and Location! We had a wonderful stay at Andaz London Liverpool Street, and the experience exceeded our expectations! As a longtime Hyatt Globalist member who stays frequently at Hyatt properties, I truly appreciate hotels that recognize loyalty and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Maria at the front desk was exceptional! We arrived around noon, well before the normal check-in time, and although our suite wasn’t ready, Maria thoughtfully arranged a courtesy room where we could rest and freshen up while waiting. This was such a considerate gesture, especially after a long journey, and made a fantastic first impression. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality really stood out. We stayed in an Andaz Large Suite, which was impressively spacious and comfortably accommodated all three of us—a real luxury by London standards! The suite was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully appointed, and the main bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. Being right next to Liverpool Street Station makes getting around London incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafés within easy walking distance. Breakfast was also excellent, with a generous selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, cheeses, juices, and plenty of options to suit different tastes. My only minor criticism would be the rollaway bed. Unfortunately, the mattress was quite uncomfortable, and I could feel practically every spring. Given the otherwise excellent quality of the accommodations, this was a bit disappointing and is one area where the hotel could improve. That said, this was an outstanding stay overall. From Maria’s exceptional hospitality to the spacious suite, excellent breakfast, and unbeatable location, I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!"

"Room was super small, the smallest I ever had in my life and despite the fact that I made this very clear to the reception I got only a mail by the Manager during my busy schedule but nothing has changed. Super disappointing experience as a Hyatt hotel frequent visitor. If you ask for a price, you should deliver on it."

"The location was perfect, within walking distance from my office. The atmosphere was lively and exciting, the rooms were extremely clean, spacious and elegant. I couldn't hear any noise at all at night! I'm not sure if this was because I was given an inside-facing room, but I am grateful all the same. The staff were extremely kind and pleasant, and the service was 10/10. The amenities were standard as well, overall really enjoyed my stay. It is definitely on the more expensive side, but it is well worth it."
