Great value for your pound!
"We went on a weekend trip to London to meet with our agent. Looking for a triple room that did not break the bank was quite the challenge. But fortunately we found Adria Hotel in Hammersmith. The lovely lady at reception gave us an amazing welcome and made us feel like friends staying over. The hotel was close to the Hammersmith tube entrance and had a great selection of restaurants not even 2 minutes from the door. I highly recommend Adria Hotel to any traveler that is in need of a place to rest their head without breaking the bank."
A great stay
"Checked in late on a Friday for the Oasis gig, had booked a twin room for my mate and I . Check in was fine with a friendly receptionist and we headed off to our room and opened the door to discover a double bed only. Went back to the Receptionist and explained the issue, she apologised and eventually gave us two single rooms. Rooms were good, compact but had everything, fridge was a surprise find! Shower was good enough and the Mattress was superb, slept like a log both nights."
extremely bad
"BED BUG, BED BUG AND BED BUG - if you want bed bug to crawl up onto your pillow, if you want no compensation, come to this hotel that treats you with no empathy. Do you want to wake up 3am and find bed bugs on the bed? Stay here! Do you want bed bug to crawl on your shirt and pillow? Stay here! Do you want to risk bringing bed bugs home? Stay here? Do you want to pay for extra transportation fee to get home in absolute distress? Stay here! I booked a room for my concert here in London, just one night. In the afternoon after I checked in from a tiring trip, I noticed a small bug on the bed - but I didn't want to cause distress because I knew it's peak season so there wasn't any other room available and I have a concert to attend at night. At night when I was back, I decided to rest with my clothes on because I was very scared of BED BUGS and I was aware of the distress it could cause if I bring them home. I would want to swap to a different room but the reception has been closed. BTW, NO ANY EMERGENCY IINE IS AVAILABLE. so if you happen to run into some problems, no one will be there to help you. My mind was very alert and somehow I woke up 3 am in the morning and jumped out of bed - well, check the photos I took if you want some nice throw up materials. The earliest bus was 4:40 to Paddington station, so I had to stay there for more than one hour. I threw away my shirt, my shorts, and absolutely feeling EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND SHOCKED. When I was back, I took off all my clothes at the front door and dashed into bathroom, i threw everything in the washing machine and washed them with hot water and dry them over 100 ° - I take a shower for two times, and i have to then dry the towel and even the bathroom mat. I put other belongings in a sealed bag and put them umder the sun. I couldnt sleep well because I am still in fear of bringing even just one back. I asked for compensation for my train ticket (because the original one couldnt be refunded and I have to purchase a more expensive one), and for causing so much mental stress - no, you get nothing but the room fee (oh and they want you to visit again and offer a 30% discount lol). THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS PLACE."
