"Very good experience hotel 5 to 10 minutes walk to John Lewis and shopping center and Liverpool city centre the hotel is spotlessely clean the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you the complimenty breakfast was very good the rooms were very nice we all would like to thank all the staff for making are stay so lovely and will be coming back on are next visit to Liverpool"

"Great location, 10 minute walk to shops, 5 to the docks. Busy hotel but friendly staff. Hectic at breakfast time but go early. Rooms decent, clean. Beds a bit hard and limited clothing space for 4, only 7 hangers."

"Got there early and Poppy on reception was wonderful. Waited for around 10 minutes for our room to be ready. But when we got to the room the cleaner hadn't finished and it would be another 15 minutes. Was happy to wait but Poppy gave us a couple of free drinks and a meal for the inconvenience. We changed room the next day due to the height of the window. Which they were happy to accommodate. Thank you Poppy and your colleagues for a lovely stay. Best hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few hotels in and out of Liverpool. The only low point is more variety of fruit, melon, pineapple, strawberries etc for breakfast. Mix it up, throughout the week. High points: * Great staff, who do a lot. * Clean unscented bedding and towels. * Zero % products in the bathroom. * Air con and windows that open. * Close to the docks and not far from the center. * Breakfast can be eaten in your room. ( Breakfast does get very busy and the staff do their best to get you seated )"
