"I recommend it 100%. The location is unbeatable, you have the train station a 2-minute walk away, it is in the pedestrian area of Liverpool, a 6-minute walk from The Cavern, a 10-minute walk from the central library, and an 18-minute walk from the Royal Albert Dock. It is very convenient to arrive by public transport. The reception staff were great and very attentive; we arrived before the check-in time and the apartment was not available, so we were able to leave our luggage in storage and enjoy the city. The staff were super friendly. I booked a studio that met our needs comfortably, and I booked a superior apartment for my in-laws so they would have two spaces, and it was great. The only drawback was that the superior apartment had a bathtub and it was very high, which is not comfortable for older people. In our case, my mother-in-law came to shower in our apartment, which had a walk-in shower, with no problem. Both the studios and the apartments were very well equipped with cutlery, plates, a microwave, and an oven. We did not use it, but it was available. If I return to Liverpool, I will definitely stay again."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay – my new go-to in Liverpool! I honestly couldn’t fault my stay at Citadines Liverpool. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully presented and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The location is superb and incredibly central, making it perfect for exploring the city. And being just a few yards away from Primark is an added bonus! 😂🛍️ The bathroom was spotless, the shower had piping hot water, and the towels were excellent quality. The kitchen area had all the essentials, including a microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows, and I loved the huge TV — perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring Liverpool. There’s also a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board conveniently provided in the wardrobe. I would highly recommend Citadines Liverpool and will definitely be staying here again. It’s officially my new go-to place to stay when I’m in Liverpool city centre! 💝"

"We stayed here last year and looked forward to our return. Location is exceptional, good aircon and place is mostly very clean. It loses a point purely because of the older brunette receptionist on thursday morning. We were a family of 10 in 4 different rooms. Whilst waiting in entrance we were questioned as to what we were doing there....ok thats fine. But after check out we were waiting in reception to say goodbye to the 6 people who werent checking out that day. When my sister made some of the complimentory coffees, she was questioned on her entitlement to make one! She was still staying there. Total difference to the wondeful staff on reception i had experienced for 3.days. Avoid rooms around 414 on tuesday as noise from the bin collection is a lot!!"
