Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre Bridge Street hotel

"Firstly the room. Asked not to be canal side due to noise from nightclub. This was actioned but gave me first floor above entrance. Seems everyone prefers to congregate here rather than use their paid for rooms. Noise that bad had to close windows on an already hot room. Bfast, the running yolk. Never any fried eggs ready. We have stayed here about 5 times now and always have to wait. That said staff here are very friendly on reception and in breakfast room. Room clean and adequate for theatre stop over."

"Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds and great location. Loved being by the canal sitting with a glass of wine. Down side rooms vvv hot, no air con, fans x2 inadequate and unable to open the windows. Poor tea making facilities and not a twin room but a double and a put up bed."

"Perfect place for the best part of Birmingham close to theatres and all the restaurants and pubs by Broad street and very reasonable price"
