"SCAM ! DO NOT BOOK. STILL BEING ADVERTISED ON BOOKING.COM EVEN THOUGH THIS IS A HOUSING ASSOCIATION PROPERTY !!! booking.com refusing to take it down despite several reports and complaints. Disgusting!"

"I arrived at the property late at night as a lone female in a city I don't know, so was surprised that I couldn't initially find the 'hotel'. There was no number on thd door or a sign indicating this was the property. All looked closed. I knocked no reply. Phoned no, no reply and still haven't had a response to my voicemail. I had to then get in car and book another hotel which cost an additional £200. Turns out there was a message in booking.com on the actual day of arrival (not before), but not to my email, that it is a self service 'hotel', with keypad instructions. This is odd as I received a confirmation message. I didn't see message as didn't expect instructions on the actual day as naturally expected a reception. The 'hotel' looked like a mid terrace house with bins overflowing outside. I'm pretty confident but felt unsafe and even if I could have entered the hotel I wouldn't have wanted to. I contacted owner, but still no response 4 days later and have requested a full refund."

"I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was really tasty with plenty of choices at the buffet, so there’s something for everyone. The room was spotless, and I loved the big TV—just what you need to unwind. Overall, it had everything I needed, and for the price, it was great value. I’d definitely stay here again."
