ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus Hotel

"Booked this hotel well in advance (July 2022) for Springsteen concert. It took 2 months for the hotel to inform me that the confirmed booking was cancelled. This information came after the date the hotel closed, so very poor communication. I'm really disappointed that Ibis and the Accor group were very unhelpful and refused to rebook me into alternative accommodation at the price I had booked at. Obviously 2 months later prices had increased. I booked through Booking.com who were equally unhelpful. But I expected more for Ibis."

"Not much to fault with this hotel. Clean room, friendly staff and right where I needed to be. It's about 2km from City centre and a long walk or a taxi ride if you are not familiar with Birmingham. I went for the football, as the stadium is just up the road. If you are not a football fan check the dates as the bar area can get a little lively on match days. Really good experience all round."

"Stayed for one night as a stopover on the way down south. Looked for a hotel that accepted dogs (£10 charge). What an amazing hotel for the money. All of the staff were friendly, smiling and helpfull. The room was modern and clean. Car park was secure with electric gate. Mcdonalds right next door. Would definitely stop again."
