"This would be a 0.5 star if I could. The reception team were great everyone at the hotel was so polite and helpful but My issue was with the maintenance manager called Jason. He was rude, unprofessional, and aggressive once I explained about issues in my room he followed it with “this is a ongoing issue and we haven’t resolved this yet but we will” that doesn’t do me any good for my stay my girlfriend booked this and we will be telling friends and family about this issue and tell them to AVOID this hotel at all cost especially while they have this kind of management he seemed clueless when I asked about a room change and said these issues will be in the other rooms."

"£188 a night and no aircon!! It’s broken and I’m issued a fan. 33 degrees!! Was told someone was coming to fix it but at 11:30pm I gave in and went to sleep. Just horrible! Brown carpet in plsces and corridors are batteted on 10th floor. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Stayed for 2 nights (2 adults and 2 kids under 12). The room was just incredibly small. The distance between the pull out sofa and the tiny 2 shelf on the wall in front of it was a tight squeeze. We all hurt our knees or hips walking past to get to the middle of the room. There just wasn't enough space to keep our clothes anywhere and not enough hooks to hang anything as there wasn't anywhere to hang up 4 towels either. TV remote and TV had a mind of their own, thankfully we stayed out as much as possible since it was tough being in such a box room. Our shower cubicle had massive pink grainy splotches all over it and water leaked on to the floor. On our second morning, it took them a long time to restock the basics, some weren't at all, food quality was okay overall, tea/coffee machines were practical but tasteless. Restaurant staff during breakfast, housekeeping and reception staff were all friendly and ready to help anyone."
