Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport Hotel

"Booked into the Hilton Garden Inn for one night due to an early morning flight from Birmingham Airport. I used the app to check in and the digital room key which was so easy to use and found it a great addition to the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect for the airport 3 minute walk to departures. When we entered the room it was set to a perfect temperature especially being 30 degrees outside so that was a real nice thoughtful gesture by the staff unlike some hotels where you have to set it when get in. The view was amazing over Birmingham airport. The room was clean tidy with the only slight negative point being the tea bag stains on the carpet room 820. Other than that if I fly from Birmingham again will be booking for sure especially being a Hilton honours member. The bar staff where super friendly helpful and great to chat with."

"Overnighted before a flight, at four in the morning an alarm started to go off in the room, a continuous buzz, called down to reception and they did send someone up very quickly, they did re-set some panel and it went off. By then we could not get back to sleep. When I mentioned this in the morning, I did expect that they would offer to at least refund the cost of breakfast, but no offer was made. Some gesture would have been appreciated. Not likely to use the hotel again."
