"My son and me really liked the hotel. When we arrived, check in was easy to manage with staff next door at the Button factory. Only thing is, there is no lift to the rooms located in the first floor. Staff was very helpful with our luggage and he even switched the room, as he thought we might like that room first floor more then the one in the ground floor. Even with guests from the restaurant next door sitting outside, it never was to noisy. Tea and coffee facilities are on the room, little breakfast Snacks are near the entrance door free of charge. We will certainly book and visit again as we really felt welcome in Birmingham and the Frederick Street Townhouse."

"I booked as I was going to a party just up the road so it was very convenient. A bonus was the gorgeous Georgian styling which I love. Bed was comfy and the room had everything I needed including 2 comp bottles of water in the small fridge. I was getting back late so having people in the courtyard outside the pub right next door was not an issue for me. It was really handy having the pub next door to meet friends before the party. Continental Brekky was pretty good too, only downside no non-dairy milk."
