"I visited this Premier Inn for business purposes and was seriously impressed by how they handled my food allergy. Charlaine took my order and was incredible with how she handled it. From wiping the table, informing the kitchen and supplying my own cutlery separate from my tables, I truly felt looked after and as if it was safe to eat, which is something I don’t experience often. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe whilst eating. I normally have a lot of anxiety with eating out but felt really I could trust the service here. She is an absolute credit to your team."

"Visiting from London and had a lovely experience. The young man on the kitchen staff was so helpful letting us borrow cutlery and plates for our takeaway and the young lady even gave us tap water with ice. Excellent service and would highly recommend."
