"This is a little bit of heaven in Bath !! The hotel is fantastic and all the staff are so helpful and can not do enough for you . The walled garden is a beautiful spot to enjoy a drink . We stayed for our anniversary for one night and wished it was longer . It is fairly expensive to stay there but for a special treat it is worth every penny . The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotless. The restaurant is superb . We had a wine flight with our meal which i would recommend as the sommelier was very informative . i would highly recommend this hotel and i hope to go back again soon"

"This is such a beautiful hotel to stay in. Our 3rd time visiting and our room was spacious and clean, the staff were all friendly and attentive. The gardens are beautiful to sit in of an evening, very peaceful to sit with a drink and relax. We didn’t realise we had booked a ground floor room which although lovely was a little noisy with people going by at night and as so warm we needed to sleep with the windows open. Would also like tea coffee facilities in the room with a mini fridge. There are tea and coffee facilities in the lounge but would just be more convenient if in the rooms. We will return as it’s definitely the best place to stay in Bath."
