Premier Inn Bath City Centre

"Bath Premier Inn was a great location. We spent my husbands birthday evening here so had a meal out and headed back to the Bar and Block joining bar for cocktails. However, at 9.30 we walked in and were told they had called last orders and closed the door. Extremely disappointing at 9.30pm!!!!!!"

"Ideal location and staff were lovely! Early check in paid for - room wasn’t quite ready so clean felt rushed Breakfast was fantastic- plenty of choice and quality ingredients Unfortunately the cleaning and maintenance have let the hotel down Very grubby walls in the room and layers of dust Large cracks and missing plaster Bathroom had heavy water damage and mould Heavy built in grim in bathroom Toilet seat had obviously been replaced with a ill fitting smaller one, made if different to use"

"Great location great bed not enough staff. Woman on the reception was over loaded. We booked a premier plus room. Was small, saw several larger rooms with larger beds. We’d come from London county hall Premier Inn motivated friendly very helpful staff. Fabulous room. Large bed. Bath Bed was tiny. Bathroom was small but ok was bath with shower, worst wrist of all no proper WC paper. Premier Plus has normal rolls of WC paper. Normally provided. No dispenser for packets of sheets. So they tumble everywhere everywhere. Husband reported lots of steer noise and a hum - his special sound follows him around. I rarely hear it. Not always present here said it came and went and disturbed his sleep. He said he’s not staying there again."
