OYO Bailbrook Lodge Bath

"The worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed headboard and divan were covered in putrid stains and mould. Cobwebs and mould in the room and bathroom. Rotten window frame, peeling wall paper, ripped stained carpets. leaking tap, poor lighting with blown bulbs, hideous decor. scaffolding outside the window, not habitable, absolutely disgusting, So grim I wouldn't stay there if I was paid. I've never been in a crack den but would guess the standard would be better than this. The manager was not interested and showed zero sympathy pointing me elsewhere to complain."

"Avoid .. photos from the previous owners , place is falling apart, unmanned hotel , rooms have water damage , mould , scorch marks on lampshades , lumpy old beds , self checkin not stated on website, not very secure would not recommend to a single person. Hotel discription is not what you get , no bar , horrible breakfast, price so expensive compared to other hotels in bath that we have stayed in. Will never go back and advise others not to go there , very very disappointed."

"We booked to stay for one night at OYO Bailbrook Lodge. The gentleman that met us at the entrance (there is no reception area) was very friendly. However, the hotel is NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS ADVERTISED IN THE PHOTO’S. The rooms are extremely tired and run down. We stayed for 10 minutes and left. My son was crying and we were so disappointed and did not want to stay. We therefore had to book another hotel for the night. OYO should be recent photo’s on the website as they are misleading people! My advice is not to book!"
