"Absolutely faultless. We had visited Bath before and fell in love with the tree in Abbey Square, the room we had at Eight had a perfect view of it. With the sound of musicians playing nearby coming through the open window, joined by the bustling cafés during the day, and a very peaceful spot at night. The room surpassed expectations and we made the most of the honesty bar, which really added to our whole experience in Bath, drinking in an old medieval cellar! The Lady at reception greeted us with such enthusiasm and friendliness, and offered to keep our bags for us on our leaving day so we could explore Bath at ease. She is a brilliant representation for the hotel and made us even more certain of our inevitable return! (Probably Christmas) Thank you all at Eight for such a beautiful weekend away!"

"We booked Eight Hotel for three nights while we were in Bath for our wedding ceremony, and we genuinely couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The location was absolutely perfect, and the room was beautiful, luxurious and the perfect size for the bridal party, photographer and makeup artist to move around comfortably and with ease on such an important morning. The reception team were exceptional from start to finish. They couldn’t have done more for us — they were so friendly, warm and lovely to chat to, and incredibly helpful on the wedding day itself. They even helped the makeup artist carry her kit up to our room and showed the florist where to go, which made such a difference and took away some of the stress on an already very busy morning. Everything was spotlessly clean, the service was outstanding, and the whole stay was made even more special by the wonderful team. We absolutely loved our time at Eight Hotel and will 100% be staying again whenever we’re back in Bath. Thank you so much for helping make such an important few days even more perfect! ❤️"
