The Club Hotel & Spa

"Lovely hotel about 5 mins walk from the centre of St Helier. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is comfortable, spotless and clean. The food is good, well presented, but not exceptional, but the drinks however are extortionate, in fact almost off the scale, in particular from the in room bar. There you will have to take out a loan. We eat three times tn the downstairs bar and even with a simple meal for two (fish and chips and a curry + 3 glasses of wine and a beer,) and the bill still came to over £100. Do I recommend this hotel? reluctantly yes. There were too many small niggling issues (which were dealt with instantly by the way) which I won't go into here, apart from a couple where we had no hot water in the room on two separate occasions and I stepped into a shower that turned out to hsve a blocked drain (and very nearly caused a flood in the bathroom) All issues were dealt with promptly, some of which in my opinion should never have occurred in the first place."

"I was on Spa Inn alHotel with Simone she is amazing. I have problems with my shoulders , back, neck I can moving home for 3 days no sleeping lots pains. First time I was done full massage and she worked all my body and take all pains. Good advice for her for getting more pains. Simone you are star soon I will can̈ back again. Recommend her 100%"

"Excellent hotel, close to centre of St Helier. Staff are fantastic and attentive. Breakfast is very good, cooked fresh and served to your table, you also have a continental selection. Pool is small but nice surroundings. Spa was amazing. All in all we would definitely return."
