"Amazing value for money, surprisingly quiet in spite of busy traffic on the street outside. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent value meal deals. Spotlessly clean with an unobtrusive small team of cleaning staff. In the evening we enjoyed the unobtrusive background music playing songs I recognised adding to the relaxed atmosphere."

"Booked for a group of 24 golfers. Paid in full a month in advance £6300 and then got charged again the day after we arrived. Have now spent countless hours trying to get a response and hopefully a refund before my credit card company demands payment. Customer service is zero!"

"service: no one to meet & greet us, had to self check in with a computer. had to ask for toilet rolls as only one was provided, for a 3x night stay. had to ask for extra towels as only 3x were available. room: the beds are too high for shorter people. the windows do not open at all even a tilt only, so no fresh air & so room smelt. the tv panel cracks hours after being turned off, quite disturbing. we paid for premier plus, but it did not deliver as a plus room, in the fridge was 2x bottles of small water only, for 3x nights for 2x people. the air conditioning was noisy & either too warm dry & stuffy or too cold. the floors in the room & in hallway are creaky & noisy. the walls & floors are not sound proofed, kids running & banging upstairs was awful. bar/lounge: we wanted food but was advised there was at least a 40 minute wait, even though there was only 3x people in the restaurant, so we didnt eat. there was zero atmosphere or background music or tv vibe going on in the bar/lounge/restaurant/reception areas, not very welcoming or upbeat at all. the cost that was paid for this was shocking & extremely overpriced, not even a meal or breakfast or drinks included in a plus room even. it was very poor value for the money & the service. we very likely will not be returning."
