La Place

"The cottage was beautiful. There were seven of us, a group of friends, and it was very spacious and well equipped, including a lovely garden area. It was spotlessly clean, and the courtyard area was so pretty and well maintained. However, the thing that made our stay so exceptional was the level of service from the staff on site. We collected from the airport, and a local drop-off in the morning was available every day if wanted. We had organised shopping delivery in our first day and when we realised we couldn't get back from St Helier at the time we needed to, the staff not only took in the delivery but put everything away in the fridge for us. On our last night, they found and booked a taxi for us. The level of service was more like staying in a four star hotel. We realised that the next door hotel was closed and in the process of conversion to self-catering accommodation, but this was reflected in the excellent price we paid. I would love to return with my family one day. I can not recommend it highly enough."

"The 3 bedroom cottage, "Jasmine" 4 friends stayed in was of an excellent standard. There were 2 very comfortable double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with lovely white fluffy towels. Staff were very helpful with any questions or requests answered. The cottage was very comfortable and relaxing after walking the Jersey coastline. We stayed near St Aubin which was very pretty and in close walkable distance. No 9 bus runs on the local road near the cottage. It was a lovely week, brilliant weather with a little rain. I would like to come back and stay again."

"Great purpose built self catering accommodation. We stayed in Jasmine Cottage. A 3 bedroom with an en suite twin downstairs and two doubles plus family bathroom upstairs, large open plan living/ dining kitchen. There were table and chairs and sunloungers at the back. Comfy beds, good towels and linen. Toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers provided. There was a generous welcome pack of food: tea, coffee, milk, water, orange juice, bread, butter, biscuits. You can walk using a green lane to St Aubin ( 20 mins) where ther are cafes, restaurants and a small Morrisons but it is uphill on the way back! Hourly #9 buses go to St Helier one way and Greve de Leq the other. All staff super friendly and helpful. Silvio collected and dropped us back to the airport. We walked the tridal trail and used buses and a couple of taxis to get to start and finish. A great week."
