Pine Bay Holiday Resort

"Everything is really beautiful there and stunning, except for the hotel room…I was in room 419: On the outside it looks really cozy but as I walked in with my mother and little sister we were seeing one room with two little beds, one room with a big bed plus a TV and a bathroom. I thought nothing bad about it, but on day 2 everything changed - the bathroom started to smell really bad, more like the smelly water with which we showered, freaking COCKROACHES, EARWIGS and SLUGS were ALWAYS THERE ON the WALL!! Because of them, I was of course scared to go to the toilet there, so I always had to go to the toilet which was next to those bazaars. Mosquitoes, spiders and the earwigs were the room with the big bed (where my mom was sleeping) too! I also already noticed the air conditioners were also not fine, because the one which was in my sister’s and my room was dirty and kinda broken and the one in my mother’s room always left puddles of some water from it on the floor!!! The floors are also not the cleanest ones but nevermind…The wifi in the hotel room was bad as well, but when you went outside it was pretty good, ugh…Now, another topic is that the men working there are also pretty weird: My mother was often (almost every night) at the bar, beach or at the sunset bar. The thing is, many guys (they were all probably like 20-30 years old) were either flirting, touching or one even tried to kiss my mother without her permission - mind you she’s almost 40!!! For example, my mother was at the sunset bar at like 12 am or something like that, then a guy was asking her: “Are you free? Do you wanna have “fun” with me?” DISGUSTING! Then my mother kindly rejected him, telling him she’s happily married and stuff. Then she went to the toilet but little did she know, that waiter was waiting in front of the restroom for her. Then he pulled her close by her waist and tried to kiss her!!! She pushed him away and told him to back off! Such similar situations happened really often, most of them were when those men who work at the hotel, asked to do “particular things” with them! Ew! Why is that a 5* hotel?! Who lied to those people?! Such a shame! I’ve been even to 3-4* hotels in Turkey before and they were even better!"

"We came as a family of 4 and met some more family here. The resort is wonderful with plenty to do for everyone and lots of entertainment in the evenings. We even joined a Kangoo aerobics class one day which was lots of fun! The food was brilliant and we made a special request for a birthday and had a beautiful meal in the fish restaurant for our whole group. We will definitely return 😎"
