"We had a great time last year so for the first time ever decided to go back to the same place and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly. I know some brits don’t rate the food but we always ate really well. Loved all the fresh salads and kids can always find things like pasta, chips etc. The meats aren’t brilliant but we always found something good enough. Some great entertainment in the evenings - the kids party this year was a highlight with loads of fairground type activities. But our main highlight was the activity pool where we spent everyday listening to music, playing waterpolo, darts and enjoying the entertainment from the animation team. Mike and Ace were absolutely brilliant and always had time for the kids, which really made their time special. We can’t pick a favourite guys so let’s call it a draw :-)"

"Food was the main issue here. 3/4 adults had violent food poisoning. The food is so bad. Repetition doesn’t even cut it. It was stale and left out far too long. Flies everywhere and cold stale meats. We were so careful and even so we got ill. Never had food like it at an AI. So disappointing because the rest of the hotel is incredible! Pools are amazing, facilities and staff are amazing."
