"Koray & Özge A huge thank you to my teammates Cenker, Ruyam, and Ecem! We'll be back!"

"A pleasant hotel, but a huge disappointment regarding the gym The Batian Beach Resort has many qualities: the rooms are comfortable, the beach is pleasant, and the food is quite good. In these various aspects, the hotel is quite decent. Unfortunately, one point seriously tarnishes this experience: the opening hours of the gym, which closes as early as 6 p.m. This is the first time I have stayed in a comfortable hotel where the gym closes so early. When you come to enjoy the beach and water activities during the day, it is quite natural to want to exercise a little at the end of the day, when the sun is setting and outdoor activities are coming to an end. In hotels of this type, one generally expects to be able to access the gym at least until 10 p.m. I therefore contacted management to express my astonishment and disappointment. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to on the phone simply replied that they could do absolutely nothing. What disappoints me the most is ultimately not just this particularly restrictive schedule, but also the total lack of a solution or willingness to take a guest's feedback into consideration. In an establishment that claims to be comfortable, the quality of the stay is not limited to a nice room, a pleasant beach, and good dining. It also relies on the services offered, their accessibility, and the ability of management to hear the legitimate expectations of its clientele. Closing a gym at 6 p.m. in a hotel of this type seems totally unsuited to the habits of guests who wish to enjoy their vacation while maintaining their workout routine. It is all the more regrettable as the hotel has real assets. With more suitable hours and management that is more attentive, the experience would be significantly better. In summary: an overall pleasant hotel, but a real disappointment regarding a service that should be accessible much later, aggravated by a particularly unsatisfactory response from management."
