L'Etoile Beach Hotel

"Wonderful Staff and a Lovely Holiday Experience! We had a lovely stay at L’Etoile Beach Hotel, and what truly made our holiday special was the amazing staff. The staff were absolutely fantastic — incredibly friendly, kind, welcoming, polite and always happy to help. Their genuine smiles, warm hospitality and positive attitudes made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Travelling with a baby isn’t always easy, but the kindness and friendliness of the hotel staff made a real difference. We genuinely appreciated how lovely everyone was, and the staff truly deserve five stars! One thing we particularly appreciated was that the hotel allowed us to check in early and gave us our room before the official check-in time. This was a very kind and thoughtful gesture, especially as we were travelling with a baby. It made our arrival much easier, and we were genuinely grateful for this flexibility. There were, however, a couple of areas that could have been improved. Firstly, our arrival experience involved some confusion and poor communication from one particular member of the reception team. We were even told that the hotel had not been informed about our baby, which was surprising. Additionally, our room had two single beds instead of a double bed, and no cot or bed had been provided for our baby. For a couple travelling with an infant, this was not an ideal arrangement and should have been considered in advance. Despite this initial confusion, we really appreciated being given our room earlier than expected, and the kindness of the other staff members made a very positive impression. Secondly, the evening entertainment and music were extremely loud and sometimes continued until midnight. While we understand that entertainment is part of the holiday atmosphere, it made it difficult for families with babies or young children to relax and sleep. A better balance between entertainment and guests’ comfort would be appreciated. Apart from these issues, we had a very positive experience and genuinely enjoyed our stay. I especially want to thank all the hardworking staff for their kindness, patience, friendliness and excellent hospitality. Their warm and welcoming attitude was the highlight of our holiday. The staff are truly the heart of this hotel, and they deserve recognition for the wonderful job they do. A big thank you to the entire team at L’Etoile Beach Hotel for making our holiday a memorable one! We would happily recommend this hotel, and with a few improvements to the check-in organisation, room arrangements and evening noise levels, the experience could be even better. "I was on vacation alone from September 27th to October 7th. I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 PM and immediately went to lunch. I went to the reception by 2:00 PM. There were about 12 people on our plane, and everyone got a room. Of course, except me (No one speaks Russian at the desk. To my "luck," an Anex representative came... they offered me to check into a room with two women or to stay overnight in a neighboring hotel. I understood that neither option suited me!). Anex support is just nonsense; after an hour of correspondence with a robot, nothing changed. I stood at the reception for about 2 hours, and they simply ignored me. Then the next bus arrived, tourists came in, and they were given rooms! At that moment, my patience snapped! After my words that I would now go to bed on the desk, a room was immediately found for me. I was given a magnificent three-person room! Another huge minus is the lack of sunbeds both at the sea and by the pool! Sunbeds at the sea are taken at 6 AM, but we arrive at 11 AM. Otherwise, everything is great! The food is delicious and varied. All the staff, except the reception, are very friendly and helpful. The sea is nearby, the pool is large. Room cleaning every day, tea, coffee, water constantly replenished! I would return to this hotel, maybe!"

"My Wife and I have recently got back home from another excellent relaxing holiday at the L'etoile beach hotel. We have been going there for 27 years and we have already booked two holidays for 2027. The management and reception staff are always friendly and helpful. All the staff are excellent, very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. The choice of food is always good and there's something for all tastes. The chefs are friendly, welcoming and will explain the menu if your not sure what to have. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is changed regularly and the towels changed daily. We can't wait to go back. Joe & Chris"
