"We had a fantastic stay at İdaş Club Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel itself was lovely, our room was well equipped, and overall we were very happy with our experience.
However, I really want to take the time to highlight some of the amazing staff who made our holiday so special — especially Jimmy, the entertainer.
Jimmy — Absolutely Outstanding!
I can honestly say that Jimmy is the best hotel entertainer I have ever seen. I have travelled to Jamaica, Cuba and Mexico, where there were multiple entertainment representatives, but genuinely, nobody comes close to Jimmy.
What makes Jimmy so special is that he goes completely out of his way to speak to every hotel guest. He has an amazing ability to remember everyone’s name, and he makes you feel welcome and included from the moment you meet him.
I travelled with my mum, who is 73, and one of the things that really stood out to me was how Jimmy made sure she never felt out of place during any of the activities. He was always there to offer her support and encouragement, and he made sure she could enjoy herself just as much as everyone else.
He is an absolutely amazing guy, and I genuinely believe Jimmy made my holiday what it was. Without him, we simply wouldn’t have had the same amount of fun, laughter and enjoyment.
Jimmy is a massive credit to İdaş Club Hotel, and I really hope management make him aware of this review because he deserves every bit of praise and appreciation. His enthusiasm, personality and genuine care for the guests really shine through.
So, thank you, Jimmy, for making our holiday so memorable!
Ozzy
I also want to give a special mention to Ozzy, who was absolutely brilliant with my mum. He called her “Nanny”, which was genuinely lovely to see, and he was always happy and enthusiastic in his job.
His attitude and friendliness really stood out, and he is another person who is a real credit to the hotel.
Sofia
And finally, Sofia, the kids’ representative, was absolutely amazing.
We had the opportunity to watch her doing the mini disco, and it was brilliant to see how fantastic she was with all the children. The kids absolutely loved her, and you could see why — she always had time for them and made them feel special.
Sofia is clearly fantastic at what she does, and her enthusiasm and interaction with the children were lovely to see.
Food
The only very, very minor concern we had was the food. It did become a little repetitive during our stay, although it was always well cooked.
On a couple of occasions, items such as chips and pizza were a little cold, seemingly because they had been left out for longer periods. However, I want to stress that this was a very minor issue and certainly didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the holiday.
Overall
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at İdaş Club Hotel.
The hotel was lovely, the room was well equipped, and the staff really helped make our holiday special. But above all, Jimmy made this holiday far better than I ever expected it to be.
To Jimmy, Ozzy and Sofia — thank you for everything. You are all fantastic at what you do, and people like you are what make a holiday truly memorable.
And to the management at İdaş Club Hotel: please make sure Jimmy knows how much his efforts are appreciated. He genuinely went above and beyond, and we would not have had the fun and memories we did without him.
