"This was our second visit ,location is amazing however food had not improved from first visit not what you would expect from 5 *seems like they know they can get away with food issues as the location and regular visitors make up for the main restaurant food,I never one got excited about evening meal and at the price of stay shouldn't have to go out to eat.The snack bar was better, if they sort out Main restaurant food I would return."

"WOW what a hotel !! This is our 3rd time here and it never disappoints, from the minute you step of the transfer bus you feel looked after - from the guy that greets you and takes your luggage to the reception staff who are friendly and welcoming and take the time to explain everything to you. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and with the free safe and mini bar that is filled up daily with soft drinks and snacks its everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect - with the beach out the back and just a short walk to the right gets you to the water taxi which for only £5 one way can take you to different areas including Marmaris and Turunc and a little hut where we booked a lazy day boat trip - out the hotel and left can take you to a jetty which you can do multiple water sports (I did the wakeboarding). Out the front of the hotel puts you just a short walk to multiple bars, restaurants and shops. The animation team ( Batuhan, Duygu, Yagmur (rain), Sunan, Fatos, Yagmur and Ogulcan (DJ) ) are all amazing with activities throughout the day including darts, boccia, killer pool and aqua gym, they all make you feel welcome and included and the evening entertainment is just as good with live shows, bingo and DJ sets every night. The a la carte restaurant is available one visit per stay and is an incredible experience the servers are welcoming, polite and helpful offering drink top ups throughout the evening and explaining how the evening and food courses will work, the food was of high standard, however I would say don’t eat a lot if you know you are going in on that day as there is a lot of food. The restaurant is bright and airy with plenty of food options available throughout the day, we was made to feel welcome every time we went in there with staff (especially Ali) helping us to find a table and having our drinks already on our way to us. And if you feel like something different there is the snack bar outside that offers made to order food including burgers, flat breads and pizzas (my favourite). There is also a waffle bar with freshly cooked waffles, chocolate and fruit aswell as ice creams available throughout the day. In the lobby there is also a patisserie stand with cakes and pastries to have. There are multiple places to sit and have a drink both in the sun and in the shade so you are never short for choices these include the snack bar, sunset bar and lobby bar which make drinks including alchoholic drinks, slushes and iced coffees. In the evenings the entertainment can either be in the lobby or outside (weather dependent) where ever it is the bar staff both making the drinks and serving them are speedy and kind - always with smiles on their faces and happy and willing to serve you, each one of them and always trying to find out how they can help wether its finding you a table or checking that everyone is warm enough we was especially taken by Ali who was always there to welcome us in the bar area with kindness and a smile and always remembered our drinks order which made us feel even more welcome. PS already booked again for October"
