"We stayed here for 7 nights from 6th April 2026, 2 adults, 3 children (15, 13, 11).
Overall the hotel was really nice, there are some positives and negatives as with anywhere.
Food
Like most all inclusives the quality isn’t the best and it was repetitive, but there is plenty to choose from and you won’t go hungry. My favourite night was the Turkish night on Friday, this was the only themed night.
The main restaurant is open for breakfast (07:00-09:00), lunch (12:30-15:30) and dinner (19:00-21:00). The staff were very good at clearing used plates/glasses, very attentive and friendly.
The desserts look really nice but most were disappointingly bland. Same goes for the patisserie.
There was the poolside snack bar open from 12:30-15:30, where they also had a lady making flatbreads.
Then there was food at the pool bar 16:30-17:30 so lots on offer throughout the day.
Ice cream was available from 14:00-17:00. This was scoops of vanilla, strawberry, chocolate.
The beach bar also did food and had flatbreads made to order from 12:30-15:30.
There are 3 a la carte restaurants and we were told we could have one free with our stay, however they were all closed when we were there.
Drinks
The drinks were nice, not much choice for mocktails though, basically two pineapple based drinks. There were other soft drinks like sprite and Pepsi.
The bar staff were great, you never had to wait a long time to be served and they were friendly.
There are fridges dotted around stocked with bottles of cold water to help yourself.
There are a couple of machines to make yourself tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was very nice.
Pool
The outdoor pool was freezing. Very few people went into it and those that did didn’t stay in long. The main part of the pool was completely shaded in the afternoon, it is completely shadowed by the hotel building itself.
Tiles around the pool area were very slippery, there are some mats to help with this but you still need to be very careful. There is a separate toddler pool, though we didn’t use this.
There were no water activities. I’ve seen lots of previous reviews talking about water aerobics, water volley ball/ water polo and foam parties there was none of that while we were there so I assume this is only offered in peak summer season. We’ve stayed in other resorts in April and have had all sorts of activities so this was disappointing.
The water slides were great. They’re 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00. There were hardly any people there while we were there so you didn’t have to queue. The lifeguards were friendly. Again the water was freezing here. The tiles were very slippery here too, I saw a couple of people slip and fall while there.
The indoor pool was slightly heated the first time we used it, which was nice. The next two times it was very cold.
Rooms
We stayed in 1231 and 1232 which are standard rooms. There was a double bed, a single bed and a sofa chair which was very hard. The pillows were hard and lumpy.
The rooms were opposite the hotel next door which had flashing neon strip lights that shone straight into our room. Sleep masks would have been useful. One morning I was lying in bed with balcony door open, someone was on balcony of next building and was able to look right into our room.
We had requested connecting rooms, hotel advised they’d try their best. On arrival I was told they don’t have any connecting rooms.
Storage space was good, would be even better if there was space under the beds to store suitcases.
There were plenty of toiletries. Scrub mits etc nice a touch.
Mini fridge was a decent size and had 2 bottles of water, one Pepsi and one orange pop when we arrived. This was restocked every time the room was cleaned even though we didn’t drink them all, so the fridge was quite full when we left.
There was air con but we didn’t use this.
The one big issue for our rooms was the noise. Noise from the lobby area as our doors overlooked this, noise from the hotel next door as our balconies faced their balconies, and random noises that I understand from other reviews was from a generator. I’ve never been so sleep deprived on a holiday before.
The balcony was tiny, there was a table and two chairs squeezed into the space but it was only really good for drying clothes. There’s a small clothes rail which is handy.
The maids came whenever we left the cleaning light on, they were really good, friendly and left towels in different arrangements on the beds.
Evening Entertainment
This was in the lobby, and wasn’t great. There was a mini disco and then a short act brought in each evening.
The noise from everyone being in the lobby each night sounded like it could be in our room, there was no sound proofing at all. Sometimes we had noise from the lobby as well as noise from the hotel next door, double whammy.
Shops
The shops had a good selection but didn’t feel very welcoming.
Beach
Beach is sand/shingle. Sea was cold but warmer than the pool.
There is a mini bus provided by the hotel which runs every half an hour but it’s less than a 5 min walk so easy enough to get to. There is a beach bar and sun beds for hotel guests. Food is from 12:30-15:30 and drinks from 10:00-18:00.
General
We had a private transfer through TUI and it was great, plenty of space for 5 of us plus luggage. Free bottled water on the way to the hotel, none on return journey.
You were given a pool card each that you could swap for fresh beach/pool towels each day. These were counted out and in again, and you had to return all towel cards at the end of your stay or pay €5 each for any missing cards.
The temperature signs were completely wrong, they were showing as 27° when it was 20°
There were lots of nice chairs in the lobby, plenty of space to sit.
There was a bit of a hard sell on massage packages. I was asked several times if I wanted to book, have I made a decision etc etc.
We took a bus to Side, high level details for the buses are on a board next to the reception desk. They run approximately every 20 minutes, pick up is outside the hotel next door. They dropped us off just before a roundabout in Side (no bus stop) and pointed in the direction of the market. We had to ask for directions as it wasn’t signposted. We went back to where were were dropped off and hoped that the bus came back the same way it did. It pulled up at the traffic lights and let us on.
All in all the hotel was nice, if a little boring but we wouldn’t return, mainly due to the location of our room and the issues that caused."
