"We arrived on the 10th of September 26 and was greeted by quite a rude reception that were reluctant to help, we eventually got into our room because the lock was faulty and required maintenance to come and repair. There was a smell of sewage, couldn’t pin point it but you could smell it from the room and around the pool area. The food was far from 5* very repetitive and the one time tried chicken it was still raw, we ended up eating out at the faulty friends on a regular basis, which was excellent and very accommodating. The staff are very rude with the exception of the man who serves you around the pool and at one point one of the staff said to my wife ‘’woman move’’ which is disgusting hospitality This is definitely not a place that your made to feel welcome if you are British and that was quite apparent on multiple occasions. I would never return here and wouldn’t give any rating at all but had to choose 1"

"Advertised as a 5 star hotel but far from that. Let’s start with the hotel. It’s advertised as a 5 star ultra all inclusive hotel. But you would expect something different from a 5 star hotel. There is a bad sewer odour in our room, and we heard from other guests it’s the same. Also the rooms are not sound proof at all. Guests being very loud when you’re trying to sleep. We also had power outages each day, during our entire stay, sometimes even multiple times a day and for as long as 10 minutes. The hotel doesn’t seem to have a backup generator to keep things running. Which you would expect from a 5 star hotel, that they would at-least be able to keep things running. Then the staff. Staff is rude, and you don't feel welcome at all. We are used to being properly welcomed, we didn't feel welcome at any moment during our stay. Some guests got welcomed by bringing their luggage up the room, others were treated differently. They are also understaffed during dinner, which resulted in drinks taking up to 10 minutes before they arrive, or getting orders wrong. The nicest interaction we got was with the cleaning lady, which says a lot. The food… not 5 star worthy at all. Food was often cold, and no real variation at all. They switch between Turkish night and international night, but there is barely any variance in dishes. Food was basically the same each day as well as during lunch and dinner. Showcooking food stations also closed earlier as advertised. Late night “buffet” is just some rice and soup, very basic. Also they advertise “ultra” all inclusive with 24/7 drinks. But after midnight drinks need to be paid, this was very disappointing and we feel misled. The beach is nice, the shuttle to the beach is a chaos."

"I been in this hotel just arrived home it's not ultra all inclusive after 1 am they charge cash for drinks. They are not cleaning the tables on the beach the bus it's a car from 2000 no air con this is a max 3 star hotel...and the food it's poor to."
