"The hotel itself is clean and reasonably well maintained. The rooms are cleaned every day, the food is tasty, and there is a decent selection. The hotel grounds are small, but that is not necessarily a disadvantage – everything is within easy reach, and there are always sun loungers available, so there is no need to wake up early to reserve one. However, that is pretty much where the positives end. The room is simply clean and tidy. Nothing special or luxurious that you would expect from a five-star hotel. The location is also far from ideal. The hotel is literally in the middle of the fields, around 1,5 km from the sea. There is a shuttle bus, so we did not walk there and therefore cannot comment on the walking route. The beach itself is actually quite decent – a mixture of sand and stones, and you can manage without water shoes. However, the selection of alcoholic drinks at the beach bar is extremely limited. There are nice and tasty cocktails available, but they cost extra. So once again, you have to wonder what exactly “UAI” is supposed to mean here. The alcohol situation at the hotel is a story of its own. You ask for a specific imported drink, and the bartender pours the local one instead, even though you have clearly said what you want. And he does it while looking you straight in the eye. On one occasion, we even had to call the manager to sort it out. We were told that the drink had run out and that a new bottle would be brought and opened shortly. The bartender disappeared, but came back empty-handed. Then, right in front of us, a new bottle was taken out of a cupboard. So what exactly was the point of that little performance? The lobby bar bartender deserves a separate mention. Rude, arrogant and simply unpleasant. His attitude was by far one of the most memorable things about our stay – unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. The rest of the staff are neither particularly friendly nor particularly unfriendly. They simply do their jobs. There is no special attention to guests, no “wow” service, but at least we did not encounter the same level of attitude elsewhere. Entertainment is practically non-existent. During the day, you may be casually invited to water aerobics, waterball or darts. In the evening, however, you are basically left to entertain yourself. If there is a themed party, some decorations are put up and an area near the stage is prepared. And that is about it. No proper programme, no hosts, no real evening entertainment. During our entire week, there was only one external show – an acrobatic performance. The music is another thing worth mentioning. Russian-language music is played most of the day, sometimes far too loudly. Most of the guests also appeared to be Russian-speaking. And this brings me to the main question: what exactly are the five stars for, and what does “UAI” actually mean here? Based on our experience, this feels much more like a three-star hotel. The surroundings are clean, the food is tasty and the rooms are cleaned daily, but we certainly did not experience five-star service, entertainment or the level of all-inclusive facilities we expected. We would not return and would not recommend this hotel. For a hotel in this category and at this price level, we expected a completely different standard."

"Amazing Holiday at Sorgun Akadia Luxury We had a wonderful stay at Sorgun Akadia Luxury. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. The entertainment team deserves a special mention. There were activities throughout the day and fun shows and parties in the evening. The atmosphere was always lively and enjoyable without being overwhelming. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again! ❤️😍😍😍😍we will come back"
