"We were at the Side Sunport Hotel for the first time – on the recommendation of friends – and can only say: This recommendation was an absolute bullseye 🙏 We were thrilled by the warm welcome at the reception as soon as we arrived. The entire hotel feels bright, modern, and very inviting. Our room was spacious, stylishly furnished, and left nothing to be desired 😊 We would especially like to highlight the incredibly attentive and friendly service staff. Whether in the restaurant, at the lobby bar, on the terrace, or at the beach – we were greeted with a smile and provided with excellent service everywhere. We felt truly welcome as guests at all times 🌞 The hotel also completely convinced us with its culinary offerings. The food was varied, fresh, and extremely delicious every day. There was something for every taste, and the quality was consistently excellent 😋 Another big plus is the cleanliness. The entire hotel, the outdoor facilities, and the beach are in top-maintained condition. Everywhere you notice how much love and dedication is put into the work here 🌴🌺 When you are on-site, you should definitely visit the spa area as well. SIHEM and her team are super friendly and do a top job. Even guests from other hotels keep coming back to the spa 😊 A very special praise goes to the beach bar team and the sunbed boys. You were friendly, in a good mood, and always eager to fulfill every wish of the guests every day. It was noticeable that for you, the guest really comes first 🙏🏖 Unfortunately, only one employee at the beach bar was never able to fulfill our simple requests during our 12-day stay. It was all the more pleasing that it worked immediately and without any problems on her day off with another, extremely service-oriented colleague. This shows how much the personal commitment of individual employees matters 🥳 Finally, we would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts who made our vacation so special. As representatives, a huge thank you to OGUZHAN, MURAT, YUSUF, CIHAN, ADEM, and MOSES – you are true heart and soul of the Side Sunport Hotel! Your warmth, your humor, and your hospitality made our vacation unforgettable ❤️ A small note in conclusion: We found it a pity that, despite the clearly visible signs, guests repeatedly sat at the beach bar in wet swimwear. We find this unhygienic and also not particularly pleasant to look at. Here, we would wish that the hotel management or the staff would pay even more consistent attention to compliance with the existing rules ⛱️🌊💧 We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.
