Side Moon Palace

"Just came home from 2 weeks at Moon Palace, Side. The staff at this hotel are just so nice, from the reception staff, to the Bar staff, waiters and of course the Brilliant Animation team. This hotel is absolutely spotless, you always see cleaners, people coming around the pool tidying up and just always doing something. The room was perfect, we had a pool view room, I cannot fault the room. The shower had a slight problem and it was fixed straight away he actually just walked upstairs to the room with us to fix it instead of keeping us waiting. The food is beautiful, I found myself eating so much because I just wanted to try everything! Loved the desserts too! The animation team is brilliant. Everyday we spoke to them and they are just such nice people who always want to get you involved and entertain people. A big thank you to Fadila and Zizou and Osman, but honestly all the staff are brilliant. Iv already looked at coming back and will probably be later this year."

"Me and my mom stayed at this hotel for 10days/9nights at the end of May. Overall the hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and tidied daily, modern and esthetic (especially the lobby). Our experience improved with each day as the main season has slowly started throughout the stay. In the restaurants there were many new dishes to try each day and of course, some were repetitive, but I welcomed it as they were really tasty. Snack bar is mostly full of fried / fast food but there were always mixed salads or fish. Drinks are very nice, we enjoyed them each day as well as freshly prepared smoothies, iced coffee and etc. that they add a few times a week with afternoon activities to make your stay less stereotypical. Animation team does their job well, I very enjoyed sport and dance activities with Aziz (Mutti) and darts with Myata. Fadila is a very positive person and you can tell her all your feelings about your stay, she always cares. Waiters and barmans are, in my opinion, the main part of creating the 5* all inclusive hotel experience and I have to say that all of those we have met were fantastic. Our biggest thanks goes to the pool-bar-team. Namely to Osman, who had enough energy to get us one drink after another, remembered our orders and worked unstoppably his whole shift. Although I don’t remember other names, I still remember the attentive, friendly working staff that worked by the pool and restaurant from 23.5.-1.6.2026. Anna & Jana"

"Lovely hotel, everything was perfect. We were all inclusive and everyone catered for. Food varied & delicious, especially deserts (to die for). The chefs are incredible, all food beauifully presented. We had a swim up room which was amazing. So relaxing. Staff without exception, friendly & so helpful. 25min walk to Side Old Town, but buses go past hotel every 15/20 mins. 65 turkish lira each way (about £1). Side town like a mini Pompei with fantastic Roman ruins from 2AD. We booked two trips to Alanya & Gree Canyon with "Del Boy" from the hotel. Great trips & great value for money. All in all a fantastic holiday. Would definately return to Side Moon Palace and recommend. Thank you all staff for the best time"
