"We have been with my family for a week in this nice hotel. We liked everything, especially animation team, the show times were very interesting for me and my children. They liked mini disco. Also the restaurant services were fast and friendly. We’ve been surprised with Turkish night and Halloween party were amazing 😍🫶👍"

"Hotel itself is stunning, very clean and very “5 star” Maid service impeccable. Unfortunately my stay was ruined by the lack of service/ communication from waiters/waitresses/ bar staff. In my 5 day stay as a solo traveler, no one seemed interested in interacting apart from the 1 member of entertainment staff that sat with me on my 2nd morning encouraging me to write a review with his help. I was approached once in 5 days from restaurant staff,asking if i would like a drink, i visited 3 times daily for 5 days. Something so small, yet ruined my stay. I did not find the Turkish hospitality i have become accustomed to. I am fluent in Turkish and made every effort to speak Turkish, yet still found waiting staff/bar staff rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. I watched guests clear dirty tables in restaurants so they could get a seat. Room attendant’s excellent Beach bus staff excellent and friendly. Pains me to write this review. A simple”Merhaba/hello” cost nothing and makes such a difference. No “Thankyou”, on checking out, wasn’t even asked if i enjoyed my stay. Rooms spacious and kept to the 5 star expectations. Halloween party outstanding It actually pains me to complain about Turkish hospitality but unfortunately Side Moon Palace failed my simple expectations."

"From the moment we arrived at Side Moon Palace Hotel we felt we were in for a truly special stay. The check-in was smooth and welcoming, the lobby area modern and stylish, and the staff friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished — the bed was very comfortable, the balcony offered a relaxing spot, and we appreciated the little touches like daily soft drinks in the minibar, Nespresso machine and a strong air-conditioning (essential in the Antalya heat!). The resort facilities are impressive: the pool area is large and well maintained, the private beach with shuttle service was a highlight for us, and the spa with hammam and sauna offered a perfect way to unwind. There was a problem with the window on the balcony.. Funda at guest relations went above and to resolve it in a speedy manner. For my sons 1st birthday she made special arrangements to celebrate his birthday both me and my wife cannot thank her enough."
