"Food was cold all the time. The only time you got hot food was when you ordered a omelette at breakfast. My wife is a vegan and all she eat was salad and bread all week, as they don't cater for vegan. We had to go and buy some Almond milk, which they could have easily done. The staff are not friendly towards Indians. They were so polite and nice towards the Germans tourist. The rooms we had was nice but the bathroom needs so TLC. We would never ever go back."

"We had a wonderful week at Ramada Resort Side. Very kind and relaxing atmosphere. The staff did a good job to make us guests feel welcome. A special thanks go to Mehmet from guest relation. Who helped us so much to tell us how we could use the dolmus busses. Where the stops are and told us we can use Euro to pay with in dolmus. He told us about the area and good places to visit. And after our sightseeing he asked us with interest how our trips was. Mehmet did always smile and did his best to make us guests feel welcome and comfortable."

"All i ask for when i go on holiday is sun, a comfy bed and some decent food, unfortunately all i got was the sun. The key card says sleep like a rock star. Rock being the main word, I'm guessing I slept on a spring due to the bruises in the same place on both my hips. The food is poor and very repetitive, twice i ended up ill but the second time completely ruined our experience of the hotel and holiday. On our first night after travelling all day we were greeted by lovely staff at reception and changed our room immediately when we were given single beds rather than a double unfortunately other guest's in the hotel felt it necessary to go overboard shouting at the staff, the couple we were in the next room to spent the night arguing to the point police were called. Absolutely not the hotel's staff fault but our first day was spent saying where the hell have we come. Staff are nice but you do find you get a more friendly reception once you've tipped. Wouldn't really say it's for English guests, we found adverts for day trips but all in German, Russian and Polish. One thing i will say is Antonio who is connected to the fizz bar (you'll find him near the front entrance) is absolutely amazing and totally made our holiday. Definitely worth a visit. Going back to the couple who argued on our first night this argument spilled over to the fizz bar with the couple on the other room next to them a few day's later, I can't commend the fizz bar staff enough for shutting the arguing/ fighting down swiftly."
